Service

Online registration for the event

The participant registers for the above-mentioned event using the online registration form with the data required for participation. After registration is completed, a registration confirmation will be sent to the email address specified in the registration form. If the entry fee is paid by bank transfer, the participant will receive an additional email confirming registration after receipt of payment. Once the entry fee has been paid, registration for the event is complete and valid.

Online registration for the event is available until the registration deadline on March 25, 2026 at 11:55 p.m.

The participant concludes the contract for participation in the event directly with the organizer. Sportzeitnehmung.at makes its registration platform available to the organizer for this purpose, but does not enter into a contractual relationship with the participant.

Execution of the event

The event is carried out by the organizer. Information about the exact process can be found on the organizer website KTM Kamptal Trophy (https://kamptaltrophy.at).

 Entry fee and costs

The entry fees (including all possible taxes and duties) are shown in the overview below for each competition and category. Per Registration an additional administration fee of EUR 1,- has to be paid.

For events U13, U15, U17 and Amateurs a valid UCI ID or valid Cycling Austria Member Card is mandatory. For events XCC und XCO a valid UCI ID is mandatory. Masters need a valid license (UCI ID) in the Masters category. If a participant in events U9or  U11 has no valid UCI ID or Cycling Austria Member Card, the listed insurance contribution mus be paid in addition to the entry fee. The same applies to all registrants in the Jedermensch Riesling Race.

Sportzeitnehmung.at takes over the entry fee in the name and on behalf of the organizer and forwards it to the organizer.

Payment options

The following payment options are available to pay the entry fee:

·        for the entire duration of the online registration

  • Credit-/Debit Card (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)
  • Pay by Bank - direct transfer from your bank account

·        up to 14 days before the event

• Bank transfer

Payment via eps, credit card and Pay by Bank is processed via the payment service provider “mollie”.

 

General conditions

Contract term

By registering online, the participant registers exclusively for this event. Registration is only valid once the entry fee has been paid in full. The participant will be explicitly informed of this in the registration confirmation email.

Performance period

Online registration will be booked for the 34th KTM Kamptal Trophy on Saturday, March 28th, 2026 or Sunday, March 29th, 2026.

Deposits

When picking up the starting documents, EUR 10 must be paid on site as a deposit for the handlebar number or transponder (time measurement). This amount will be refunded after the race when the handlebar number is returned.

This deposit is NOT part of the online registration and must only be paid in cash on site.

Withdrawal/cancellation

The right of withdrawal/cancellation is excluded for payments for leisure activities, such as a sporting event at a fixed date. The date of the event will be made public throughout the registration period.

As a gesture of goodwill, the organizer may agree to cancel a registration. In the event of a return transfer, expenses may apply. These are to be borne by the participant.

If you do not attend the event or if the event is canceled due to force majeure, you are not entitled to a refund of the entry fee.
